Jordy Bes (he/him)

Jordy has been working at Liber Dock since June 2026 and will be sworn in as an attorney by the Amsterdam District Court in August 2026. He completed both his Bachelor’s degree in Law and his Master’s degree in Employment Law at the University of Amsterdam.

During his studies, Jordy gained broad practical experience through various internships at law firms, including two internships at leading firms on Amsterdam’s Zuidas. There, he became acquainted with commercial legal practice and further developed his expertise in a wide range of employment law matters.

What particularly appeals to Jordy about employment law is the dynamic balance between the interests of employers and employees. This interplay makes the field both strategically engaging and intellectually challenging for him.

Jordy is a member of the Dutch Association of Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA).
