AMSTERDAM, 12 March 2015 – Liber Dock, a new law firm specializing in employment, business and participatory-decision will be opening its doors on 30 March 2015 at Oostelijke Handelskade in Amsterdam.
Liber Dock has been founded by Marian van Eck (born 1970) (previously partner at Boekel De Nerée) and Boudewijn Kanen (born 1979) (previously senior counsel at Boekel De Nerée). Working with an experienced team they examine legal and strategic matters relating to employment, business and participatory decision-making. Their focus lies on change programmes executed in cooperation with the Works Council, Unions, management and supervisory directors. The incorporation of Liber Dock has no link with the recent reforms announced within Boekel de Nerée.
