Working hours scheme also applies to employment agencies and payroll companies

ABU has obtained confirmation from the Dutch Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment that the reduced working hours (Wtv) scheme is also available to employment agencies and those working through payroll companies. This was not the case previously.

Applications under this scheme must include the names of all the employees whose salary the applicant is obliged to pay and who work on the basis of a fixed number of hours (and thus including the applicant’s ‘own’ employees). Temporary employees and those who work through a payroll company cannot be included in any application submitted by the recipient of their services.

We would be pleased to assist you with an application under the reduced working hours scheme, but you can also authorise us to file such application on your behalf. Please contact us via: +31202351150.
