Erik Steenis (he/him)

Erik Steenis is a seasoned employment lawyer whose primary focus is the common ground between employment law and business law. He gives advice about and litigates on subjects including dismissal cases, transfers of undertaking, employee participation and integrity issues in the workplace.

After having worked for a major corporate law firm in the Zuidas district for over seven years, Erik moved to Liber Dock. He has studied law at the University of Leiden and Sciences Po Paris and completed a post-academic specialist course in Employment Law at Grotius Academie with distinction.

In addition to his work, Erik also active as treasurer for the Dutch Young Employment Lawyers Association (VJAA), and he is a member of Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN) and the EELA. His in-depth knowledge and strategic prowess makes him a reliable partner for clients seeking clear and practical legal advice.
